Brent Clements is the Chairman of Stabilize Health, a Brentwood, Tennessee-based addiction treatment platform. Brent was previously the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Addiction Campuses of America, a behavioral healthcare platform focused on acquiring and operating treatment programs across the United States. Prior to founding Addiction Campuses, Brent held growth and business development roles at American Addiction Centers (NYSE: AAC) and Windstream Communications (NASDAQ: WIN).
Philip Hall is a Managing Partner at Spotlight Equity Partners, a private equity firm focused on acquiring controlling interests in software and technology-enabled services companies. Prior to co-founding Spotlight, Philip was a Partner at Inner Circle Sports, where he advised on transactions across the sports, media, and entertainment sectors, including the acquisition of Liverpool Football Club by Fenway Sports Group. Earlier in his career, Philip worked at The Boston Consulting Group in London and was a founding member of a mezzanine investment fund at Oaktree Capital Management.
Justus Luttig is the CEO of Copeland Home Services, where he is leading the buildout of a residential services platform. Prior to Copeland, Justus was the CEO of Stowe’s HVAC & Plumbing, another Texas-based residential services business. Earlier in his career, Justus worked in various private equity and venture capital roles, including as an investor at Authentic Ventures, where he participated in over 30 investments. He also was an investment banker at J.P. Morgan, where he worked on transactions totaling over $10 billion.
Graham Macnab is a Managing Partner of Kateri. Prior to Kateri, Graham was a Principal at Hale Capital, where he executed investments across multiple capital structures including preferred equity, debt, and common equity in both public and private markets. Hale Capital is an opportunistic investment firm focused on technology and federal services. Prior to Hale Capital, Graham was a member of the BNP Paribas M&A team, where he executed M&A transactions totaling approximately $4 billion. Graham has served as a board member or board observer for several portfolio companies, is actively involved with a local public high school athletics program, and is a CFA charterholder.
Ian Macnab is a Managing Partner at Kateri, where he leads real estate investments. Prior to Kateri, Ian was a Vice President at Rockpoint, where he executed on acquisitions, developments, re-financings, and dispositions totaling approximately $4 billion across the East Coast and Texas. Rockpoint is a Boston-based real estate private equity firm that has raised more than $25 billion in capital commitments since 1994. Ian is also a board member of Mainstay, a non-profit dedicated to providing affordable housing and home care services to vulnerable populations in the Northeast.

Craig Macnab is the Executive Chairman of Kateri, where he oversees company strategy. Prior to Kateri, Craig held the position of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of National Retail Properties, Inc. (NYSE: NNN), a real estate investment trust that acquires, owns, invests in and develops properties that are leased primarily to retail tenants. Craig is a board director of CenterSquare Investment Management, Independence Realty Trust, American Tower Corporation (NYSE: AMT), Vici Properties (NYSE: VICI), and previously served as a director of Forest City Realty Trust (NYSE: FCEA), Cadillac Fairview, and DDR Corp. (NYSE: DDR).
